WCI Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown

WCI DLR supports Women in our communities by:

  • Providing information, advice and support on a wide variety of topics

  • Delivering accessible, affordable, recreational and education courses

  • Offering holistic, health and well-being sessions and programmes

  • Providing space for women’s groups to come together to develop their groups

  • Offering printing, photocopying, CV prep, typing, form filling

  • Raising awareness of issues affecting women such as DV, mental health, and breast cancer awareness

  • Providing access to low-cost counselling

  • Providing access to DLR Community Addiction Team’s Family Support services

Meet the Team

Sharon Perry
Coordinator

Sharon works as Coordinator for the WCI DLR project and is responsible for the effective day-to-day running, management, and development of the Project.

Sharon is also responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and supporting the work of WCI DLR.

Sandra Walsh
Development Worker

Sandra works as the Development Worker in WCI DLR, working with Sharon to develop programmes and courses for women in the local area.

 

Sandra also holds the responsibility of engaging with women in the local area of DLR, inviting them to join in on WCI DLR's courses and activities.

Susanne Chipperfield
Project Worker

Susanne operates as the Project Worker in WCI DLR, ensuring the day-to-day administration of the WCI DLR office.

 

Susanne also helps to support women in the local area, by engaging with them and promoting courses that are relevant to their needs.
