The work carried out by WCI – is guided by women’s equality, inclusion, community development and feminist principles.

Meet the Team

Cecilia Brizuela
Coordinator

As Coordinator, Cecilia is responsible for the day-to-day running, management, and development of WCI Clare.

Cecilia’s role involves implementing the aims, objectives, and agreed areas of work outlined in the Strategic Plan in line with WCI National Work Plans, working in partnership with the other WCI Projects to support disadvantaged women’s empowerment and advance equality.

Development Worker

The role of the Development Worker at WCI Clare involves working to develop programmes and courses for women in the local area.

The development worker holds the responsibility of networking with women in the local area, by facilitating and supporting women's engagement within the Project.
