WCI Ronanstown
WCI Ronanstown provides community education and runs comprehensive training and development programmes for grassroots women in their local area. This includes education and awareness-raising initiatives, health and fitness programmes, community workshops with access to third-level outreach studies, community development and leadership programmes and creative writing/reading groups.
WCI Ronanstown is proudly partnered with UCD, allowing women in their local community to return to education and receive a Level 7 University Certificate in Women, Gender and Social Justice.

Meet the Team
Sinead Mahon
Coordinator
Sinead works as Coordinator for the WCI Ronasntown project and is responsible for the effective day-to-day running, management, and development of the Project.
Sinead is also responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and supporting the work of WCI Ronanstown.
Pauline Flynn
Development Worker
Pauline is the Development Worker with WCI Ronanstown, helping Sinead to develop programmes and courses for women in the local area.
Pauline holds the responsibility of networking with women in the local area, by facilitating and supporting women's engagement with the project.
Caroline Nugent
Project Worker
Caroline operates as WCI Ronanstown's Project Worker, ensuring the day-to-day administration of the WCI Ronanstown office.
Caroline also helps to support women in the local area, by engaging with them and promoting courses that are relevant to their needs.
