WCI Tallaght supports grassroots women through collective and practical actions to achieve their full human rights and true equality. We work directly with women on the ground to build women’s confidence and self-esteem through Feminist Community Education and Community development, empowering women to have a voice on women’s issues.

Coordinator
Coordinator for the WCI Tallaght project is responsible for the effective day-to-day running, management, and development of the Project.
Is also responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and supporting the work of WCI Tallaght.
Lucia Rovenco
Development Worker
Lucia is the Development Worker with WCI Tallaght, helping Jennifer to develop programmes and courses for women in the local area.
Lucia is also responsible for networking with women in the local area, by facilitating and supporting women's engagement with the project.
Ingrid Tuite
Project Worker
Ingrid operates as WCI Tallaght's Project Worker, ensuring the day-to-day administration of the WCI Tallaght office.
Ingrid also helps to support the team, by engaging with women in the local community and promoting the work of WCI Tallaght, as well as any upcoming courses and programmes.
