WCI invites applications from suitably qualified, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals for the position of Coordinator in WCI Tallaght Project. Employed by the WCI Board of Management, the WCI Tallaght Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day running, management and development of WCI Tallaght. The Coordinator will implement the aims, objectives and agreed and agreed areas of work outlined in the WCI National and Local Strategic Work Plans.
The successful candidate will have:
A relevant third level qualification or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in community development coordination which includes working with women's groups and related issues.
Strong line management experience
Experience of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and relating to diverse groups and individuals including conflict management
An understanding of grassroots feminism and the ability to use a community development approach, be a reflective practitioner and to operate from feminist principles
Excellent communication, coordination and report writing skills.

Salary for the post is based on Point 1 of WCI Coordinator Salary Scale - €43,583 (pro rata)
